a.       What are the learning/discoveries that I have gained? The learning/insights I gained during the second quarter is how to create HTML.   I find it very helpful, especially for me as a student because I was able to gain knowledge to build and understand the fundamentals of the web.   I was able to design my own website.   b.       What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered? At first, I find it very difficult to understand HTML, but when I tried to follow the steps, I find it quite easy.    During the making, I have encountered problems like slow internet connectivity, so I have to wait for the signal in order to proceed.   And the worst problem I encountered is that my laptop malfunctioned and it has to be reformat, so I need again to repeat the things I have finished. c.        How did I address these challenges? One of the most popular ones is the Vigan Town Fiesta observed during January 25, in honor of St. Paul the Apostle.   The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly changed the Province’s (Vigan City) festival celebration.   We used to have huge crowds and many people from around the province come to attend the said festival and enjoy seeing and watching the different activities scheduled and enjoy bonding together over food and drinks-but this was before the pandemic.     Now, with the spread and health threat imposed by the covid-19, this usual practice has changed and we have to adopt to the new normal.
